We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer options for a return, including store credit or an exchange.
RETURNS
– Time Frame: Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
– Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
1. RMA Number: To initiate a return, please email us at Contact@Nu-Gallery.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Shipping: Mail the item to the address provided with your RMA. You are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
– Inspection: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your return or exchange.
– Processing Time: Allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
– Refund Timing: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
– Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Custom requests (e.g., specific works of art that we source for you).
– Sale items.
– Limited edition and numbered items.
– Defective/Damaged Products: For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

– Sale Items: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
– Misuse Policy: We take the authenticity and preservation of our collection seriously. Any misuse, such as unauthorized reproduction, scanning, or digital capture, will result in a refusal of return or refund. Violations may lead to legal action.
